Our pricing varies with volume, sizes. Freight is additional, FOB final destination. Some orders may require minimum piece quantities. Contact us for full catalog details and pricing.

If you are a business or government agency seeking credit, please contact us and we will send you a credit application. You will also need to provide your signature, printed name and date at the bottom of the form. If you already have a document listing your required information, please send it in. Be sure to sign, print and date this application form and fax it as well. We can usually give you an answer within an hour or two.
Items sold and shipped to destinations in the state of Ohio are subject to sales tax.
Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales, use, or any other type of taxes, on orders shipped to any states other than Ohio.
