Orders (within the 48 contiguous states) are shipped via UPS Ground. There are varied shipping rates for P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please call us for shipping rates and details to P.O. Boxes in those areas.
If you place your order after 2 PM., it will not be processed until the following business day. For other methods of shipment such as 2nd Day Air, Overnight and US Postal Service, please contact us.
We do not ship C.O.D. (cash on delivery.)

Returns and Exchanges
Our 30 Day Return & Exchange Policy
We understand it is not always possible to return your products within 14 days. Our return policy allows you 30 days to return your products.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. For any returns or exchanges, contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with your return authorization number.
In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact us — we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send back the original item, if applicable. Items returned past the 30 day will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Please note: Customized items are not eligible for a refund unless there was a problem on our end.
You may return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused and resalable condition. Items that are worn or washed cannot be returned
If your order was drop-shipped, please do not return items to the manufacturer, as most returns go through Trogo Sales.
Products properly returned according to these guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original method of payment. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you for the total purchase price (not including shipping and handling). Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
