Embroidery & Silk Screening

If you are looking for a highly professional look, custom apparel embroidery and silk screening are ideal branding solutions to enhance your company’s image. Embroidery is the most durable option available and won’t wear off; and silk screening is a very cost effective way to brand large quantities of apparel.

Embroidery can be used in all types of apparel including shirts, jackets, coats, vests, coveralls and uniforms. Embroidery can be performed on a variety of materials as well, such as natural cotton, corduroy, twill, wool, pique, as well as man-made fiber.

Embroidered clothing can cover anything from coats to company uniforms, and can be stitched in any fashion. We can accommodate sizes up to 14” wide and down to 12-point detailing.

Embroidery Options
All our embroidery is done by machine, enabling us to offer custom logos and designs in single and multicolor options, as well as names and monograms.

Embroidery pricing varies based on the style, design, and stitch count.

Silk Screening Services
Silk Screening is typically the type of decorating that is used most on t-shirts and sweatshirts.
If you are not sure about the best logo solution for your work uniforms and apparel, we are happy to help you choose a compatible garment and color scheme to make your item look fantastic! We can help create a customized logo or a retrace of your logo and typically provide small details and wording with ease at a minimal cost.

• Silk screening orders require a 12 piece minimum.
• Silk screening prices are based on the number of colors in the design and quantity of the garment.

Submitting your Artwork
Artwork must be prepared actual size at 600 DPI, no greater than 13” x 16”. There is an artwork fee for digitalizing. A Brother/ Babylock/ Bernina/ Simplicity PES embroidery format  file is needed for embroidery.  If you have a different file format, we may be able to convert it for you.

Acceptable formats include: Adobe Illustrator (AI), Adobe Photoshop (PSD), and Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
Please Note: Vector art/graphics will provide the best results.

Logo Creation/ Digitization
We can also digitize and build a logo for use in your embroidery  or silk screening based on artwork you provide us, or you can work with our team of artists to create a logo design. The cost for digitizing a new image is variable so please contact us. You may also email info@trogosales.com a JPG or scan of the image you’d like us to digitize, additional wording and any other details and we will provide a quote for you.

Items that have been custom embroidered or Silk Screened CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED unless Trogo Sales has made the mistake. We go solely off of the information that you provide us, so check twice to ensure that it is correct.
